Norfolk, Virginia. The tenant build-out is for Portfolio
Recovery Associates (PRA). PRA
is a long term client of RGI and they have named RGI as their

Lane Condominiums The
Lock Lane Condominium Conversion project is a historic
rehabilitation of the original 1930’s apartment complex.
We are restoring the original units as well as combining small
units into larger units and upgrading them with all new
mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. We are
restoring the original hardwood floors within the units and adding
the modern conveniences of enlarged modern kitchens. We are
also adding on to many buildings to enhance floor plans and
building 4 new buildings. This project encompasses 24
buildings in total and will include 114 units when completed.
