associated with the construction process.
In this scenario we will provide construction management
services and absorb all risk with references to overages etc.
- Provide a construction management services in which RGI
acts as an agent and in this scenario we would practice an open
book policy.
Pre Construction
Services:
We offer the following pre construction services: site survey
and evaluation, detailed budgets, value engineering, development
schedule, feasibility study, design evaluation and
recommendations.
Design Build
Services:
We have the resources to provide a design build package for
various types of projects. This is particularly useful where time
is of the essence and the projects schedule needs to be expedited.
Development Services:
We
have the resources to develop and finance a large range of
products.
